For storage and precise batching of the inert materials dosing complex DKM-40. Возможна поставка бункеров увеличенного объема (до 120 куб. метров). Инертные загружаются и хранятся в бункерах, количество бункеров 2 по 20 куб. метра, общий объем бункеров 40 куб. метров. Под бункерами установлен ленточный конвейер-дозатор, на котором происходит точное дозирование компонентов, компоненты подаются из бункеров посредством открытия шиберных заслонок, заслонки управляются пневмосистемой.
При наборе необходимой дозы инертных, включается конвейер и отдозированные компоненты подаются в скип (ковш) бетоносмесителя. Скип поднимается и подает компоненты в смесительную камеру бетоносмесителя.
Cement is stored in a special warehouse - a cement silo (not included in the basic package). Silos for cement must be selected based on a two-day performance margin. To supply cement from the silo to the cement dispenser, it is necessary to acquire the correct length screw.

DB-dispenser assembly 60 which includes the dispenser 600 kg of cement, 300 liters of water and a chemical additive dispenser 40 liters.
Each dispenser is located on three high-precision load cells and a rigid frame, which improves dosing accuracy. The cement dispenser is equipped with an MVE 300/3 vibrator to stimulate the flow of cement when it sticks.
All components of the mixture are mixed, after obtaining the necessary homogeneity of the mixture, the pneumatic valve of the concrete mixer is opened and the mixture is supplied to the concrete truck or receiving hopper. Then the cycle repeats.
One cycle lasts for 60 seconds maximum during which 1 cu m of ready-to-use concrete is produced. Plant's capacity is 50-60 cu m per hour of operation.
