For storage and dispensing inert materials: DKM-54 batching complex. There are three hoppers of 18 cu m each. Total capacity is 54 cu m. . A dosing belt conveyor is installed under the bunkers, on which components are dispensed; the components are supplied from the bunkers by opening Camozzi pneumatic valves (Italy). When the required dose of inerts has been collected, the conveyor is turned on and the inerts are fed into a skip, which lifts the components into the concrete mixer.

The cement is stored in a special warehouse - cement silo (not included in the basic package). Silos for cement must be selected based on a two-day performance margin. To supply cement from the silo to the cement dispenser, it is necessary to acquire the correct length screw.

Using cement screw fed into the cement batcher (weighing capacity of 900 kg) in which the batching, where appropriate cement is discharged into the mixer.

Water is dosed using a 450 liter water dispenser. All components of the mixture are mixed, after obtaining the necessary homogeneity of the mixture, the pneumatic valve is opened and the mixture is unloaded into a concrete mixer truck or receiving hopper.

Chemical additives are dosed via the dispenser of chemical additives on 60 liters.
