For storage and precise batching of the inert materials metering complex DCM-60. Возможна поставка бункеров увеличенного объема (до 120 куб. метров). Инертные загружаются и хранятся в бункерах, количество бункеров 3 по 20 куб. метра, общий объем бункеров 60 куб. метров. Под бункерами установлен ленточный конвейер-дозатор, на котором происходит точное дозирование компонентов, компоненты подаются из бункеров посредством открытия шиберных заслонок, заслонки управляются пневмосистемой.
При наборе необходимой дозы инертных, включается конвейер и отдозированные компоненты подаются в скип (ковш) бетоносмесителя. Скип поднимается и подает компоненты в смесительную камеру бетоносмесителя.
Cement is stored in a special warehouse - a cement silo (not included in the basic package). Silos for cement must be selected based on a two-day performance margin. To supply cement from the silo to the cement dispenser, it is necessary to acquire the correct length screw.

To feed cement from the silo into the cement dispenser there used cement auger, Dispenser assembly 90 DB, which consists of cement batcher 900 kg, 300 liters of water and a chemical additive dispenser 40 liters.
Each dispenser is located on three high-precision load cells and a rigid frame, which increases dosing accuracy. The cement dispenser is equipped with a vibrator MVE 300/3 to encourage the removal of cement when it sticks.
All components of the mixture are mixed, after obtaining the necessary homogeneity of the mixture, the pneumatic valve of the concrete mixer is opened and the mixture is supplied to the concrete truck or receiving hopper. Then the cycle repeats.
One cycle lasts for 60 seconds maximum during which 1.5 cu m of ready-to-use concrete is produced. Plant's capacity is 60-90 cu m per hour of operation.
