- Automation of a water-heating boiler room, built on the basis of the Termodat 11M6 microprocessor regulator, provides completely autonomous control of a double-circuit heating system and multi-level equipment protection. The regulator monitors the coolant temperature in real time and automatically controls the burner power levels (“large” and “small” flame), maintaining the set parameters in the boiler (80–95°C) and secondary circuits. Winter concrete plant FLAGMAN-60 - work takes place in automatic mode in accordance with the single button principle. The operator needs to choose grade of concrete (M50 ... M500) and its quantity to be loaded, press the “cycle start” button.
Design of concrete plant - all-weather.
PA-3.0 SCADA-5.0 control panel with monoblock located inside the insulated building of the plant. The housing is equipped with a door and three insulated windows for visual control by the operator of all plant operations.
All equipment of the concrete plant and winterized carcase are installed on a reinforced mounting frame which is placed on a level ground. No foundation or skip pit needed.
BP-2G-1500s Twin-shaft concrete mixer is mounted on an elevated structure. Discharge height - 4 m. The concrete mixer is fitted with a skip for mixture hoisting and feeding.

It is possible to supply a concrete plant with a concrete mixer from the manufacturer SICOMA.
DKM-36 batching complex is used for inert materials storage and batching. There are three hoppers of 12 cu m each. Total capacity is 36 cu m. . A dosing belt conveyor is installed under the bunkers, on which components are dispensed; the components are supplied from the bunkers by opening pneumatic valves. When the required dose of inert is collected, the conveyor is turned on and the inert is fed into a skip, which lifts the components into the concrete mixer. The bunkers are equipped inert materials heating registers during a cold period and heat-insulated covers for protection against atmospheric fallout. The concrete plant is equipped with service areas heating registers. The registers are linked up by the steam pipe system for connection to any type of heating centre.
The cement is stored in a special warehouse - cement silo (not included in the basic package). Silos for cement must be selected based on a two-day performance margin. To supply cement from the silo to the cement dispenser, it is necessary to acquire the correct length screw.

Using an auger, cement is fed into the DC-600 dispenser (maximum cement weighing limit is 600 kg), in which dosing occurs, and as necessary, the cement is dumped into the concrete mixer.
Water is dosed using a DVT-300 water dispenser. All components of the mixture are mixed, after obtaining the necessary homogeneity of the mixture, the pneumatic valve is opened and the mixture is unloaded into a concrete mixer truck or receiving hopper.
Then the cycle is repeated.
One cycle lasts for 55-60 seconds , 1 cubic meter is produced in one cycle. m of the finished mixture.
