FLAGMAN concrete plant is operated in automatic mode in accordance with the single button principle. The operator needs to choose grade of concrete (M50 ... M500) and its amount for loading, and to press the button to start the cycle.

Design of concrete plant - all-weather.

PA 2.0 control panel is located inside a winterized cab. It's equipped with three windows and a door - for the operator's comfortable visual inspection of all plant's operations.

All equipment of the concrete plant and winterized carcase are installed on a reinforced mounting frame which is placed on a level ground. No foundation or skip pit needed.

A dispensing conveyor belt where component batching is performed is installed under the hoppers. Components are fed from the hoppers by opening of Camozzi pneumatically operated gates (Italy). Upon achievement of the required batch of inert materials, the conveyor is turned on, and inert materials are fed into the skip that hoists the components to the concrete mixer. The hoppers are equipped with inert materials heating registers during a cold period and heat-insulated covers для защиты от атмосферных осадков. The cement is stored in a special warehouse - cement silo (not included in the basic package). Silos for cement must be selected the rate of two daily stock performance. For feeding cement from a cement silo dispenser must acquire the correct length screw.

Using screw cement is fed into the dispenser DC-150 (tensile weighing 150 kg of cement), in which the dosing as required cement is fed into the mixer.

Water is batched in water dispenser with maximum dosage 100 litres. Also chemical additives dispenser with 10 litres dosage is included in basic configuration.

All components of the mixture are mixed; upon achievement of required homogeneity of the mixture, Camozzi pneumatically operated gate is opened, and the mixture is discharged into a concrete mixer lorry or a receiving hopper.

One cycle lasts for 55-60 seconds , за один цикл изготавливается 0,25 куб м.

Возможна поставка бетонного завода в защитном покрытии цинк. Покрытие наносится методом холодного цинкования.
