Job mobile concrete plant COMPACT-30 takes place in a fully automatic mode according to the “one button” principle. The operator needs to select the brand of concrete (M50 ... M500) and its quantity to be loaded into the mixer truck, press the button to start the cycle. PA-3.0 SCADA-5.0 control panel with monoblock is located in the operator's cabin, which is built into the frame and has viewing windows to monitor the concrete production process. The whole unit is mounted on a frame, which is installed on a flat, dense area, without the use of a foundation and the preparation of a skip pit. The twin-shaft concrete mixer BP-2G-750s is installed on an overpass with a height of unloading the finished mixture of 4 meters. The concrete mixer is equipped with a skip with a bottom gate for lifting and loading the mixture.
Для хранения и дозирования инертных: дозирующий комплекс ДКМ-24. Инертные хранятся в бункерах, количество бункеров 2 по 12 куб. метра, общий объем бункеров 24 куб. метров. Опционально ставится перегородка и количество бункеров увеличивается до 4 (6 куб. м – 4 бункера). Под бункерами установлен ленточный конвейер-дозатор, на котором происходит дозирование компонентов, компоненты подаются из бункеров посредством открытия пневмозатворов. При наборе необходимой дозы инертных, включается конвейер и инертные подаются в скип, который поднимает компоненты в бетоносмеситель. Все компоненты бетонной смеси (цемент, вода, хим. добавки) подаются и взвешиваются в блоке дозаторов БД-30.
The cement is stored in a special warehouse - cement silo (not included in the basic package). Silos for cement must be selected based on a two-day performance margin. To supply cement from the silo to the cement dispenser, it is necessary to acquire the correct length screw.

Cement is fed by a screw conveyor into cement dispenser with maximum dosage 300 kg, after batching it's loaded into the concrete mixer. Water is batched in water dispenser with maximum dosage 150 litres. Also chemical additives dispenser with 20 litres dosage is included in basic configuration.
