For storage and precise batching of the inert materials metering complex DCM-80. Inert materials are loaded and stored in bunkers, the number of bunkers is 4, 20 m³ each, the total volume of bunkers is 80 m³. A dosing belt conveyor is installed under the bunkers, on which components are accurately dosed; the components are supplied from the bunkers by opening gate valves, the gates are controlled by a pneumatic system.

Upon achievement of the required batch of the inert materials, the conveyor is turned on and they are discharged into the belt conveyor's receiving hopper and after that into the mixer.

The cement is stored in a special warehouse - cement silo (not included in the basic package). Silos for cement must be selected the rate of two daily stock performance. For feeding cement from a cement silo dispenser must acquire the correct length screw.

С помощью шнека цемента подается в блок дозаторов БД-180, который состоит из дозатора цемента на 1800 кг, воды на 900 литров и дозатора химической добавки на 70 литров. Каждый дозатор расположен на трех высокоточных тензодатчиках и жесткой раме, что повышает точность дозирования. Дозатор цемента снабжен вибратором MVE 300/3 для побуждения схода цемента при его залипании.
