FLAGMAN concrete plant is operated in automatic mode in accordance with the single button principle. The operator needs to choose grade of concrete (M50 ... M500) and its amount for loading, and to press the button to start the cycle.

PA 2.0 control panel is located inside a winterized cab. It's equipped with three windows and a door - for the operator's comfortable visual inspection of all plant's operations.
All equipment of the concrete plant and winterized carcase are installed on a reinforced mounting frame which is placed on a level ground. No foundation or skip pit needed.
Twin-shaft concrete mixer BP-2G-750s is mounted on an elevated structure. Discharge height - 4 m. The concrete mixer is fitted with a skip for mixture hoisting and feeding.
For storage and dispensing inert materials DKM-24 batching complex is used. There are two hoppers of 12 cu m each. Total capacity is 24 cu m. Optionally there may be installed a border in each hopper - so there will be 4 hoppers 6 cu m each. A dispensing conveyor belt where component batching is performed is installed under the hoppers. Components are fed from the hoppers by opening of Camozzi pneumatically operated gates (Italy). Upon achievement of the required batch of inert materials, the conveyor is turned on, and inert materials are fed into the skip that hoists the components to the concrete mixer. The hoppers are equipped with inert materials heating registers during a cold period and heat-insulated covers for protection against atmospheric fallout. The concrete plant is equipped with service areas heating registers. The registers are linked up by the steam pipe system for connection to any type of heating centre.
The cement is stored in a special warehouse - cement silo (not included in the basic package). Silos for cement must be selected the rate of two daily stock performance. For feeding cement from a cement silo dispenser must acquire the correct length screw.

Cement is fed by a screw conveyor into cement dispenser with maximum dosage 300 kg, after batching it's loaded into the concrete mixer.
Water is batched in water dispenser with maximum dosage 200 litres. Also chemical additives dispenser with 20 litres dosage is included in basic configuration.
All components of the mixture are mixed; upon achievement of required homogeneity of the mixture, Camozzi pneumatically operated gate is opened, and the mixture is discharged into a concrete mixer lorry or a receiving hopper. Then the cycle is repeated.
One cycle lasts for 55-60 seconds during which 0.5 cu m of ready-to-use concrete is produced.
